SHIPPING POLICY
ALESSANDRA BETTINI ships globally to customers worldwide. All orders are shipped through reputed, insured logistics partners specializing in high-value jewelry. Every shipment is fully insured until delivered and signed for.
Most diamond jewelry pieces are made to order.
Estimated processing time:
- 7-14 business days for standard designs
- 14-21 business days for customized or special-order pieces
Processing time does not include shipping transit time.
Estimated delivery timeline (after dispatch): 3-7 business days for domestic (USA) orders, and 7-14 business days for international shipments. Delivery timelines may vary due to carrier delays, customs clearance, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
ALESSANDRA BETTINI offers complimentary shipping on all orders worldwide. For international shipments, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or local levies imposed by the destination country. Customers will not be required to pay additional base shipping charges at checkout.
Customers are responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping information; this also includes misdeliveries/deliveries to the wrong address that you are unable to recover.
RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES POLICY
We gladly accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn items in their original condition, complete with all packaging, tags, and applicable certificates. While we kindly ask that you cover the initial return shipping, ALESSANDRA BETTINI will happily pay to ship your repaired or exchanged item back to you.
If your order arrives incorrect, damaged, or defective, please reach out to us on the same day of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will gladly review the issue and, if the error is ours, quickly make it right with a replacement, repair, or refund, along with a free prepaid return shipping label.
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Customized or personalized jewelry
- Made-to-order designs
- Items purchased during sales, promotions, or special offers
Refunds are processed after a quality inspection of the returned item. Once the return is approved, ALESSANDRA BETTINI will issue a full refund of the amount originally paid by the customer, with no deductions for shipping charges, duties, taxes, or other fees. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days after the return has been inspected and approved.
Exchanges are subject to availability and approval. The customer is responsible for the initial return shipping cost, while ALESSANDRA BETTINI will cover the shipping cost for the repaired or exchanged item sent back to the customer. Any applicable price difference must be settled before dispatch of the exchanged item.
Money-Back Guarantee: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, eligible items may be returned within the specified return period(30 days) for a full refund of the amount paid, with no deductions, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
GENERAL POLICIES
All diamond jewelry is crafted using ethically sourced natural diamonds. Diamonds may be certified by internationally recognised laboratories where applicable. Slight variations in color, size, or setting may occur due to the handcrafted nature of the products.
All prices are listed in USD (United States Dollars). Prices may change without prior notice. Payments are processed via secure and encrypted payment gateways.
All designs, images, content, and branding are the exclusive property of ALESSANDRA BETTINI. Unauthorised use, copying, or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
These policies are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the United States of America (USA). Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in New York, USA.
